I haven't updated my BLOG for so long. It has been ages since I last wrote or rather 'copied and pasted' something. Well, fret not, I will be back soon...please hold on... ha ha
A lot of what passes for depression these days is nothing more than a body saying it needs work ~ Geoffrey Norman. Sloth is one of the 7 Deadly Sins. Laziness leads to depression. So, when you are not feeling too good, don't spend all day in bed. Get up and do something. Exercise. Adopt good posture - don't slouch. Participate in activities that may make you feel better - try going to a movie, read a book, go to some religious or social activities and DO NOT get upset if your mood is not greatly improved right away - it takes time. Pray - pray for yourself, your family, your friends, your enemies, your community and the whole world.
